A successful renovation project depends on careful planning & innovative design. We divide the Design stage into two phases.

Phase 1 includes:

A viability study. We discuss your family’s needs, consider your lifestyle, examine & measure your existing structure & investigate site conditions
Develop ideas allowing you to view a 3-D sketch of concept drawings
Preliminary budget relative to our discussions & your objectives
Preliminary scope of work based on site investigation & concept drawings

Upon completion of phase one, you may feel that you have the required information to proceed to the construction agreement. Working drawings & final product specifications are then started as outlined in the signed construction agreement. Or perhaps you may find it necessary to determine the actual product specifications before proceeding to the construction agreement. In this case we proceed to Phase 2.

Phase 2 consists of:

Development of working drawings & specifications relative to our discussions & your objectives
Product selections & descriptions
Presentation of detailed renovation proposal with options (if any) & allowances

Our design agreement reduces the risk & the uncertainty that are an unnecessary part of a renovation project. It allows you to proceed with the confidence of knowing we have heard & understood your needs & wishes & will work closely with you to provide a design that will truly capture your dreams.
