The Dream Builder Plus Program

This option expands on the Dream Builder Program and is perfect for clients who have a need for more complex designs and product selections. Here we typically require extra time in the initial consultation and design stage to research and address the numerous details. Extra time is also required in the product selection stage of the process. We personally shop with you for items such as flooring, cabinetry, granite, etc. until we find the perfect colour, texture, pattern that creates the “look and feel” that will set your home apart and be certain to bring you the perfect blend of function and flair.

The fee for the Dream Builder Plus Program is usually 2% of the projected cost of the project. An investment you won’t regret.
