Addition and Kitchen
When this young family, decided to put down their roots in Kitchener, they purchased a home on a quiet court and looked forward to raising their two young daughters in this wonderful neighbourhood.
The typical U-shaped kitchen workspace was not suited to entertaining and lacked the storage and traffic space for a busy family of four.

By extending out the back of the house and adding a bay shaped eating area with large windows and transoms to catch the sun, the kitchen space is not only larger, but much brighter. The changes made room for a spacious entertaining island and a walk-in corner pantry that would thrill any cook.
Our client’s eclectic tastes directed the selections for this kitchen renovation project where many distinctive elements came together to make one giant cohesive statement. Notice the granite with its unexpected hues of blue and burgundy, the contrasting black galaxy granite on the raised bar top, the details of the mosaic backsplash and the red glass Murano pendants.
This home now speaks to the exclusive tastes of the homeowners and has become an inviting kitchen haven for their family and guests to experience.
