The Family:
Our Kitchener client’s entertain on a regular basis and enjoy having their grand children visit daily after school.
The Renovation Challenge:
The existing Powder Room layout was awkward with a doorway leading in from the kitchen. It consisted of a toilet and sink in a layout that cramped the sink area.
The Pioneer Craftsmen Design Build Solution:
By relocating the bathroom door from the kitchen to the back door/mud room area 
and relocating the fixtures we were able to create more space around the toilet and sink and still have plenty of room for a corner shower! The powder room design was perfect as it made for a more functional main floor bath that was perfect for coming in from the pool and rinsing off. An added benefit of moving the doorway was more usable space in the kitchen. A simple, yet perfect space management solution!
