They loved their home, but several parts of it were no longer working well day to day.
The front entry felt small and underwhelming. The loft area was difficult to access and not as useful as it could be. Natural daylight didn’t carry through the main living space the way they wanted. And with limited bedrooms, the home no longer fit their family as easily as it once had.
Pioneer Craftsmen worked with the homeowners to understand how their family was living and what wasn’t working, then designed an addition that created the space they needed while improving how the home functioned and flowed overall.

It wasn’t just the added space. The entry finally felt welcoming. The main living areas were brighter. Spaces that were once difficult to use became part of everyday life. The home now worked much better day to day.
