The renovation challenge

Create a kitchen space that made better use of a rarely used front sitting room to allow for cooking without being closed off from their guests during entertaining.Also, a space with easier access to the barbecue area during the summer months.

This professional couple are also empty nesters and they wanted a more comfortable space to entertain family and friends.In addition, an updated kitchen to help them further explore with the culinary arts.

The Pioneer Design-Build Solution

To maximize all the usable space and create a larger kitchen with an island that could be the focal point for preparing, entertaining, and spending quality family time together.Texture is added with a leathered marble countertop and hidden storage keeps the space beautiful but also practical.Sophisticated and eye-catching appliances and lighting round out the whole kitchen/dining room (now able to house a full-sized dining table), making every day a memorable experience.
