Designed for Cooking, Built for Living

Kitchen Renovation.
The renovation challenge
Our homeowners dreamed of a space where the whole family could cook and spend time together. After much thought, they decided it was time to retire the old kitchen and get the home chef haven they desired, with lots of space for ‘helpers' so their whole family could share in the experience. They wanted an open concept, lots of seating and storage, and room for several cooks.

The Pioneer Design-Build Solution
Sometimes the solution needed requires a change of perspective. We took a tight space and opened it up by removing an unneeded wall between the dining room and kitchen. The elegant tongue and groove ceiling adds flare for the Chef while they are preparing all their delicacies. No kitchen is complete without lots of storage, and sufficient prep space. Both the sink and pantry (with easy pull-out drawers) have tons of spots to keep all cooking and cleaning supplies. The result: extra counter space to work and enjoy meals. The combination of stained and painted kitchen cabinets naturally complement the darker tone of the island and leave you feeling like you’ve walked into a cook’s heaven.
