The Pioneer Design-Build Solution

Our solution was to unify the feeling of the house from the front door to the back deck. Removing siding from the entire house and adding exterior insulation, charming custom shutters, and multiple trim details gave the home an instantly updated look.To tie everything together, natural stone surfaces were incorporated into the now very welcoming porch, complemented by fresh colours and a low-maintenance, well-crafted cedar deck and pergola — perfect for relaxing or entertaining.All adjustments were designed not only for aesthetics but also to enhance energy efficiency and reduce the overall maintenance required to keep the home looking wonderful.
