Our homeowners wanted a new home with more space but they did not want to leave their neighbourhood or their prime treed lot.

The Pioneer Design-Build Solution
Their house was torn down inside to the studs, expanded with two bump-out additions, and redesigned on every floor inside and out. This "whole home" renovation was a finalist in its category in both the Ontario and Waterloo Region Home Builder's Associations 2016 Awards of Distinction and recipient of “Best Kitchen” at The Canadian Home Builders Association awards in 2016!
